As your elected Republican Precinct Committeeman for Firth Precinct 7, my job is simple: show up, listen to the people who live here, and make sure our community has a real voice inside the Republican Party.
Bingham County deserves representation rooted in this community, not outside agendas or political theater.
I believe Idaho works best when decisions stay close to the people they affect. My focus is steady, local leadership grounded in personal responsibility, constitutional government, and respect for the people who call this place home.

I'm Brandon Hansen. I was born and raised here in Bingham County. My wife Emily and I are raising our family here, building businesses here, and investing in the community we call home.
I believe local leadership starts with listening to people, showing up consistently, and being willing to do the work.
My wife and I built our businesses from the ground up. We've experienced firsthand the pressures that regulations, taxes, rising costs, and economic uncertainty place on working families and small businesses.
That experience has taught me the difference between policies that sound good politically and policies that actually work in real life.
I'm not interested in political games or climbing a political ladder. I believe the role of a precinct committeeman is to represent the people of the precinct honestly and make sure local communities still have a voice in the direction of the Republican Party.
Too often, politics becomes about outside organizations, national talking points, and ideological fights that have very little to do with the day-to-day realities facing Idaho families.
The values that shaped my life are pretty simple: faith, hard work, personal responsibility, respect for private property, and looking out for your neighbors.
Those values built strong communities in Idaho long before politics became nationalized, and I believe they still matter today.
What a Precinct Committeeman Does
Most voters never hear much about precinct committeemen, but this is one of the most local roles in the Republican Party.
A precinct committeeman represents the voters of his precinct inside the county Republican Central Committee, helps select party leadership, participates in the state convention process, and makes sure local concerns are heard when party decisions are made.
For me, that means one thing above everything else: the people of Precinct 7 come first.

A precinct committeeman's responsibility is simple: represent the people who actually live in the community.
Bingham County's farmers, families, workers, and small businesses deserve leadership that understands this county, listens to local concerns, and stays grounded in the realities of everyday life here in Idaho.
That means showing up, listening carefully, and making sure local communities still have a voice when decisions are made inside the Republican Party.
I believe strong communities are built from the ground up, not directed from the top down. Idaho works best when local communities have the freedom to shape their own future.

The people who live here should come before political organizations, outside influence, or national talking points. My responsibility is to represent the people of Precinct 7 honestly and keep local voices at the center of local politics.

I believe constitutional government works best when power stays close to the people. Good leadership requires humility, accountability, and respect for the limits of government, not political performance or ideological purity tests.

My wife and I built our businesses and our life here in Bingham County. We understand the challenges facing working families, agriculture, and small businesses because we live them ourselves.

The decisions we make locally today shape the kind of Idaho our children will inherit tomorrow. Strong schools, healthy communities, local opportunity, and responsible leadership all matter if we want future generations to be able to build their lives here the way many of us were able to.

The people of Bingham County care about practical issues that directly affect their families, businesses, farms, and communities. While a precinct committeeman is not a policymaker, I believe local Republicans should stay focused on the concerns and values of the people they represent.

Agriculture remains central to our economy, communities, and way of life in Bingham County. Protecting water rights, respecting private property, and supporting Idaho producers are critical to preserving the long-term strength of rural Idaho.

Idaho works best when decisions stay close to the people they affect. Local communities should maintain a strong voice in shaping growth, education, infrastructure, and public priorities without unnecessary top-down mandates.

Strong families and strong communities go hand in hand. Idaho students should graduate prepared for real opportunities including skilled trades, agriculture, business, military service, and higher education.
